"I toured so many day cares and this one stood far above the others. This was the first day care that acknowledged my child. She was talked to and welcomed, just as her dad and I were. This was also the first day care that showed me all of the classes, not just the baby class my daughter would go in. We enrolled our daughter as soon as we got home from the tour. I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive loving environment for my child."
"As stated, infant up to about age 2 is better quality than getting older age 3 and up. I think the ratio contributes to the decline in quality of care. With older kids the teachers are overworked and spread thin. There is a total lack of discipline, and instills bad behavior. There is zero actual teaching ie. ABC, numbers etc"
"It has been amazing!! Ms. Brooke and Ms. Marissa are phenonmenal, also Ms. Dianne and Mr. B are great!!"
"We were hesitant about choosing a daycare when we moved out here because there was less choices than where we were from and had a very bad experience at another daycare. I did a lot of research in finding a new daycare for my son. They have been friendly from the start and you can tell our son loves everyone there. I’ve learned to trust my gut after having a terrible experience at another daycare. The communication is great, you can tell the entire staff cares, and if our son ever fall ands bumps his head as toddlers do, they follow correct protocol and keep us informed. If they ever see anything abnormal they always are sure to ask to see if this is new or things we are already aware of. I love the cameras because we always have access to them and can keep an eye, they have made me feel safe enough to watch it like a hawk all day long. Overall our experience has been great so far and our son is loving it and learning so much!"
"Its been good with helping my children with learning."
"It has been great except for the recent turnover in teachers and short staffing causing children being turned away and parents needing to call off work."
"The staff tries bit needs help. A cleaning crew is needed."
"My experience has been awful. Check in systems often do n not work, entrance is difficult, class is disorganized, theres no true learning, i can go on and on"
"Pleasant. Everyone is welcoming, and my child smiles big and runs to Ms Michele"
"I enjoy it here. Everyone is doing a great job. Teaching is very hard!"
"I’m blessed to have found a school for my son that fits my needs for time, costs, and safety."
"The teachers are amazing and really care for my son. He has been there since he was only 8 weeks old so they all welcome him. It is so good to see how much he is cared for, when we are not with him."
"Very professional, regardless of what’s going on around them. Everyone shows a great deal of effort to communicate and help with issues."
"Fail! My son lost weight. I saw newborns crying on the floor with red faces as teachers walked by or just rocked another crib, my son would isolate himself because he never felt included and was always scared. My daughter was scared of her teachers due to their tone of voice. My kids never felt safe. I tried...."
"Professional Development day needs to be on the weekend or weekday evening so that my wife and I don't have to worry about taking off from our job.."
"All of you are amazing and are so affectionate with my daughter. Enrolling my daughter to daycare was a hard thing for me but you guys made me feel so sure and safe to bring my daughter everyday. So grateful for the group of staff/teachers you have. I will always recommend this day care."
