"It was a big change for us. I have two kids and the previous daycare/preschool we were at was not working out for us and had many issues. Now at Childtime we have such a different experience. We have had no issues and both of my kids love it there. I’m so glad we made the switch. The teachers are nice and the atmosphere is calm and inviting that my son who hates drop offs is having no issues walking into class and letting me leave."
"I really enjoy the school here! I feel my child is safe here and is getting a great education. The staff are all warm and friendly, too!"
"This school has a poor management team who gossips, lies, is inappropriate with staff, parents, and students, has little education in early childhood curriculum and is supported by the district manager. They (in school management along with the district manager) do not care for the health and safety of these children or their education as long as they (the school and the individual management members) are making money."
"Overall this school is very good. The staff is excellent. I do feel it could use some updating in the building. One day a door broke and a teacher was trapped inside the bathroom. Lucky that staff was very resourceful and able to get the door open. This is not the first door that has broken. The play ground could also use a little updating too. All teachers really care about the well being of the students. The staff and director really make up for the shortfalls of the old building though. They really care about the children and there safety which is very important when seeking day care. They are also very flexible when you have an needs or issues. They really treat you as if you were a member of their personal family. One other thing I am also not happy with is the extra fee for the yoga, its not built in the tuition and over time these things just add up."
"I love Childtime on Hayes. I credit the school, and Ms. Michelle with a majority of my child’s progress. He’s begun expressing his feelings, making friends, and learning how to act in social settings. All of the staff is amazing, they all know him by name and he gets the biggest smile when each one greets him or says good bye to him. I couldn’t have been any luckier to have found such an amazing place for my child to attend."
"I tell all my family and friends about this place"
"Great, until they dropped the educational aspect over the summer."
"The teachers there are overall nice people and welcoming when I drop off my child. My child is using his utensils to eat more and more especially with seeing other children use theirs. My child is counting more."
"My child teachers are the best. The GSRP has been the best thing for my son. He has grown to be confident, smart, more talkative, and ready for kindergarten."
"Staff an teachers go out their way to keep you informed about my kids. They are great with my kids. They treat them as they were one of thei"
"We have been here for years. The staff and education value has dropped dramatically year after year. If my child wasn’t going to kindergarten in the fall, I would be gone."
"The school is filthy and smells. My child comes home smelling like the school. Adult Bathrooms are filthy and moldy. Kids are not attended to, allowed to stand on furniture. Children going to the bathroom together no teacher supervision. Boys and girls with pants down and no teacher present. Bathrooms have feces in/on the toilet not cleaned. My child is filthy when I pick them up. Classroom is trashed and dirty."
"We like the teachers. They are great at updating and communicating with us. At times we have had a problem getting a hold of someone from the front office to ask questions."
"There is a general lack of communication among teachers during staff transitions throughout the day."
"I can't get over just how different Childtime is to other places I've seen. Beth, the manager, really cares and hires only the best sincere enthusiastic staff."
