"Great. Ms. Jena is very patient, kind and helpful. She had answered many questions throughout our enrollment process and continued to provide one on one support to understand all the policies for the center. Ms. Jennifer is the best teacher ever. My daughter come home and tells us how kind her teacher is. The rest of the staff leave great impressions with their kindness and patience. What I appreciate the most is that they take the time to know how your child is."

"They have no patience they use write ups to terminate a child mines being 2 the teacher is overwhelmed to many kids on her she gets very irritated she needs to be with older kids cause her patience is very poor. My son was filthy everyday sand in his hair pockets shoes they dnt keep up with potty training my son would soak his cloths in the beginning twice a week when he’s never dne that at home which tells me they had him sitting for hrs with the same pull up on. Then they lie and say every hr we change the child how???? There’s no way. The director wants you to get a referral s if your child is slow no to much the kid is only two I would never have him tested this young"

"The teachers genuinely care for the children. I've seen children seek comfort from teachers and had sincere interactions that were heartening. Additionally, this is the first daycare where our child doesn't always want to leave at the end of the day. Even though our child is in a toddler room he gets active attention toward intellectual achievements. He has developed by leaps and bounds in just two months."

"For the most part it has been good. I love my sons teacher she’s great and does lots with the children. However, two of the aids have had a few issues which I’ve complained about on how they took care of other kids. If they were with my child I would look into going to another daycare. The other staff members seem nice and I like how the daycare does events with the family."

"The school has greatly improved with the new director. It is ultimately her efforts that have kept us there. We are seeing more stability and consistency, so at this point we are pretty satisfied. Any issues we have had we are able to quickly get rectified with the teacher and director/assistant director."

Your turnover has been terrible and I fear that the headstart this experience should have been for my child has turbed into a setback moving into actual school.I don't feel my child is in a place to be ready for actual school at all right now, and we are a few months away from it. I am not sure I made the right choice as a parent to weather the endless storms this center has had over the past four years, and I have zero faith in your corporate leadership to provide the resources to the center to change anything for the better."
