"Dependable and caring teachers and staff. Great programs and offerings!"
"Overall I am very happy with the school and my kids are thriving. I enjoy receiving daily photos and videos to feel more connected to them and it helps to be able to ask them questions about their day."
"Overall the school is fine. Our child is well cared for and the cameras help me stay connected as it’s hard to leave your child. The price is extremely expensive though. I find it to off putting when they ask for donations to give gifts to the teachers when I know how much we are paying. I prefer to give my own to the teachers directly. The older kids always seem to be in the offices or at the check in desk which is odd, why aren’t they in a classroom? It also can feel like the leadership gaslights us about feedback we give which is disheartening. I don’t think they realize they are doing it."
"ChildTime silver spring has been there for my family. An overwhelming majority of the staff are amazing, loving, high quality, and go above and beyond."
"This is a school with people who care deeply for kids and who get to know the families. Our oldest daughter flourished here and now our youngest daughter is thriving, as well. We have two different kids with different needs, and this school has been more than capable of helping both thrive. The school is open for very convenient hours, it rarely closes, and they offer lights out for parents. The school is expensive, but we believe the value merits the price tag. We plan on keeping our daughter at ChildTime until it’s time for her to go off to kindergarten, even though our oldest daughter attends a private elementary school that has a preschool and pre-k. ChildTime offers the best environment and education."
"I enjoy the love and attention my son gets. His most recent teachers aren’t as welcoming as his prior ones. Leadership offers lots of extra curricular activities for children which is great."
"The first teacher was unprofessional. She would comb kids hair and when I asked her not to fit my child I noticed a difference in how she treated him and me....I almost left school but I ran into a teacher in hall and she was so loving towards my son it gave me pause and she told me she was the next class for him. I stayed and was truly blessed by her and her co teacher. I've watched the next class and I'm not impressed and don't want to risk it so am moving him to a school more affordable and will better ready him for school"
"General experience has been great. No complaints here. Childcare caregivers are truly one of a kind, I really appreciate the sacrifices they make to care for our children."
"Ms. Karen is wonderful and always engages all the kids and parents.I would like to have more teaching with the children.the center is great"
"Very caring teachers in the infant rooms. The treat my child with love and nurture his development. Love the learning activities he does. Lameika goes above & beyond creating a fun classroom with the decorations."
"Overall our experience has been great, but our recent experiences and lack of administration attention to issues is making us consider leaving."
"Everyone is very friendly. It can be difficult to communicate concerns or get updates from teachers who speak English second language. I also am not sure if tummy time is being done on a regular basis at school."
"We have been so happy with our experience. The staff work hard to create a loving, safe, nurturing environment. Our son has excelled developmentally since enrolling and is very happy."
"It’s is standard corporate childcare: little regard for the well being of the children or the community generally. Looking to squeeze every last dollar with useless extras. Emotionally stunted “educators” who think they are smarter and more capable than they are, and obsessed with the delusion of their own ability."
"Cost of the school feels very high. My wife and I are not confident we can afford to have a second child because of schools price."
