"My daughter went here for nearly 2 yrs. For the first year we had little to no issues. It wasn’t until my little one started falling behind in language (from having being hard of hearing) that we started having problems. They decided to move her up to the next class despite not being fully potty trained at daycare. At home or when she’s out with us she uses the potty with little issues, but refuses most days at childtime. I am still unsure why that is. In February I started noticing when she came home that she wasn’t being wiped all the way after going number two at childtime. Not only would there be residue left, but she smelt HORRIBLE. After I started seeing it more frequently I talked to Jennifer and she told me she’d take care of it. Unfortunately it kept happening. I would have to clean her the moment we got home and sometimes she’d have painful diaper rashes. Some nights I’d be lathering her in diaper cream after giving her a baking soda bath all while she’s screaming. I would talk to them over and over but it continued happening off and on for 7 months. In the teachers defense she has a lot of kids in her class and it is a post potty training class. However, they were the ones who decided to move her up. It still doesn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness. I was bringing her in undies and then they asked me to use pull ups instead. Then they said she’d never be potty trained there if I don’t put her in undies, so I again, brought her in undies. Then they complained about having to change her clothes so often and to bring her back in pull ups. Ultimately we were given a 4 days notice to find another daycare because I messaged the school requesting for better cleanings and to check her more often because of how awful her last diaper rash was.. extending to her leg!! I was never rude about it although to be honest after this was a continuous known issue, with no resolution, I should have been. I still have the last messages of our conversation. I was hoping that they’d put a system in place, maybe have someone double check. And have someone take the time and patience to implement pottying at daycare. But instead Jennifer met me with cold words saying she had a issue with my LOs lack of communication and that she’d fight while being changed. Maybe that’s because they didn’t clean her properly! Im sorry but every kid is different. As a parent with a struggling little one it is so frustrating to be turned away because your kid is not up to par with the Daycare’s expectations. I always did my best to sympathize with them, but lesson learned. Always put your little ones first! I’m just so thankful we’re out of there. Would not recommend to anyone who’s kid has a disability or is otherwise behind. Some of the teachers were so sweet. But for others there seems to be a complete lack of compassion and no patience. In the end Jennifer couldn’t even own their mistakes. She kept putting the blame on a 3 yr old! So, so sad. "
