"From the very moment we walked in the doors to take the tour. We felt very welcomed. My daughter attends the toddler room actually when we did the tour she didn’t even want to leave the room that means a lot to our family. I love being able to see her on the live and be updated on her accomplishments and her activities throughout the day. Ms. Kim the Director is extremely nice that is a plus and even though my daughter loves all of her teachers, I have to give a special thanks to Ms.Christina because my daughter sees her in her whole face lights up. Thank you so much to the ladies and gentlemen, you all are just wonderful, and thank you for making my daughter feel loved and welcomed"
"My experience is still a work in progress. As a first time parent, my anxiety levels are high when it comes to trusting someone with my child. There have been a few incidents that have occurred at this facility that makes me raise an eyebrow, however I have been working with the director to address/correct any concerns that I have had."
"My kids and my foster kids has been going to this center for as long as I can remember. I have been sending them here since Mrs. Felicia Gist was the director and Mrs. Kim was the assistant director and I have nothing but great things to say about them. "My experience so far as been great. My five year old son is learning and advancing so much it’s just a wonderful feeling to know that when your child is at school they are actually learning things that will help them succeed in life. The teachers are wonderful & caring. I love Ms.Ann & Ms.Kim who is the Head Director she is so freaking sweet! she listens to you..she hears you ..she comforts you..& she is a patient and she talks with the kids very active with them shows great leadership as a director ."
"Lately, I have cried every time I dropped her off, can’t concentrate at work and my child has started wetting herself SEVERAL times a day. I have no confidence in all but 2 teachers (Ms. Ann & Ms. Fatima) at the school. None of the Pre-k teachers have the coping skills required to create a nurturing environment for ALL the kids. They have a few kids they openly show love to in front of kids they don’t care for. It’s sad to watch. Child care is a lifestyle/career. It should NEVER be just a job."
"The review: It has been an amazing experience. I feel comfortable with my sons there. The staff goes above and beyond their job description to help the children and the parents. They have a new check in and out system that I love. They’re constantly improving, constantly keeping the facility clean, constantly keeping the doors,hallways decorated. Really a 10/10. A positive: I love the live streaming viewing, makes you feel comfortable with your kids not being with you.A suggestion: Sometimes the teachers take a while to check the children in of course because their dealing with the kids but if the new check in system could check them in on the camera system that’ll be easier for the teachers. A negative: The only issue I’ve came across of is my toddler fell and his face was marked up but I didn’t get an incident form and no one knew he fell."
"My overall experience has been reasonably good. However, I had serious concerns about how the one-year-old teachers interacted with my granddaughter during her initial 30 days at the center. It was distressing to observe, through the surveillance cameras, what I believed was inadequate care for a child transitioning from one environment to another. I expressed my concerns, and the center director promptly took charge of the situation, assuring me that she would address the issues with the classroom teachers.Upon my granddaughter's move to the 2-year-old class, there was a remarkable difference in her treatment. The teachers there were friendly, engaging, and displayed a warm-hearted approach toward the children. This transformation allowed my granddaughter to readily open up and engage with her surroundings. I found solace in knowing that she was under the guidance of skilled and compassionate professionals who exhibited genuine love for the children in their care."

They all love him and ensure I have the right tools to be the best mother possible. The communication is top tier and they seem to pick the right staff who all love one another.
