"My Child is an infant and I feel comfortable with the care thus far however I do feel food should be offered to infants more often. There have been times when my child had only 10 oz in a 10 hour day, He's 5 months old, and should be eating 15-20oz in that period of time. Otherwise, I am very happy with his teachers and caregivers but feel they are understaffed. I also feel they should practice a a general hand washing/sanitizing before handling a baby so germs are not passed around as I've noticed many sick children attending. My infant has been sick 3 times in 2.5 months."

"The staff at Childtime makes this school a great place for my child. They are caring, warm, professional, and make learning fun. My son loves to come home and tell us all about the fun activities and projects he worked on each day."

"Conversation with the director is great. Conversations between the teacher and parent can be better. I would definitely find nurturing teachers. Even if the teacher has tons of experience that doesn’t necessarily mean they are good at what they do."

"We have loved it so far. One thing I don't care for as much, is the turnover in my child's classroom. There seem to be some young girls in there, and when we initially did a tour, it was older women, as we were told it would be. it made us feel more comfortable with older, more experienced caregivers, than young one."

"Overall happy, however, there is poor daily communication. Very little info is put into the app some days and never about how the child is actually doing. Teachers have left and new teachers start and this is never communicated. An update on how the child is doing in the class would be helpful as it can be hard to talk with teachers during drop off or pick up."

"I have only been at the school for about 6 weeks. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean. I would however like to see more time spent on educating the children. The classes are very full. Maybe less children in a class would help the teacher’s to implement more educational activities. However, my child seems to be very happy and that’s all that really matters to me."
