Previous director always communicated every little thing and here it’s not being done often.Also for director - please say hi to the parents. Many times Meghan is in her own bubbleLooking at computer. Saying hi smiling comes a long way."

"Overall we have had a stellar experience with the staff at Childtime. They helped with my son’s transition to a new daycare setting, including adapting to a new routine, food, sleep, and general care. When my son didn’t take to the food right away, they ensured he ate at his own pace and offered options outside of the menu until he adjusted to the food options. He’s blossoming - especially linguistically. His teachers are so attentive and patient. The communication via the app is top notch and the ability to tap in and be a part of my child’s day is an added bonus. I remain connected even though we are apart. "Great directors Great teachers - although some are less nurturingNeeds better staffing too many times classrooms are combined and it disrupts the child’s routine and affects behavior because my child has to keep adapting. One week every day he had a different teacher and classroom . Kids thrive on routine. Better food options for vegetariansBreakfast is too early 7-8 most kids don’t get dropped off until after that. Breakfast needs to be extended to 9 so I don’t have to feed my son breakfast every day before drop off"
