All the teachers we have encountered are so friendly and know our daughter by name even if she is not in their class. I trust them and love the app that let's me know everything that they have done through the day, with pictures!"

"I like the childtime daycare our child attends. The teachers are wonderful! However, the place is very dirty for my liking. My child is in the infant room. I am quite certain the carpet has not been vaccumed since I visited the place when I was pregnant. I know the teachers clean the toys, etc at the end of each day, that is not the concern. My concern is the room. The floors are dirty, the container in which the breastmilk gets warmed is gross and has old name stickers on it. The bathroom is dirty. Although booties are by the door for everyone entering the room to use- I personally witnessed a teacher walk into the room in her dirty and salt stained ugg boots and put the booties on once she walked across the room first.I cringe at the thought of my baby crawling in that room in several months....I would hate to leave this center, but I am currently seeking alternative care with my reason for leaving being the filth of the room. I wholeheartedly want to see change so we can stay."

"Staff is great with kids and the parents. Staff has problems with communication. Staff need to be filled in if staff changes or leaves early. Communication problems between drop off staff and day staff isn't 100%. Assistant director needs to take classes to help this the most. Extra activities like Christmas show, food drive, toy drive, are great ideas but are not communicated well and thrown together fast with no planning. What I love is this school enjoys seeing my kids. They have blosumed with the interaction and education and the everyday verbal conversations with other kids they weren't getting before."

"The staff is very nice warm and understanding. They get the active time and good/new foods. My worry is the educational portion. I understand they are 2 and 3 but I sometimes wonder if I make more of an effort to teach the ABC's and 123's. I would like to point out while communication is bad in the daycare that the director will go above and beyond to help out when it comes to helping out for the good of the kids. Overall it is improving my child's life from where it was a month ago but I still have my wishes of perfection. Thank you"

"We feel our child is in good hands as far as safety and being cared for and cared about. We understood that the program offered a Pre-k curriculum and our child would be preparing to enter Kindergarten. In this day and age that means you know your letters and numbers. The first teacher said she could send worksheets home. This is not what we wanted. We brought this concern up and it has never been dealt with. Any letters and numbers that she know have all been learned at our home. Our child loves to practice these and could certainly have handled this during part of her day at Childtime. The staff is friendly and kind but is lacking in knowing about Pre-k education in our opinion."

"The infant teachers are so invested in each baby’s development. They send great pictures throughout the day and are always willing to talk through any concerns. The director is friendly and helpful. She is very accommodating of any needs or requests and handles any concerns very quickly. We love it at Childtime."
