"In general the staff is dedicated and loving to the kids. All my kids have told me how much fun they had at Childtime."
"I've noticed great improvements on the teacher and parent communication. Improved staff training has been acknowledged and appreciated regarding the kids overall well- being and outdoor safety"
"This school is fantastic. If someone were to describe an ideal early childhood school, their list would describe Childtime. The school is locked, clean, safe. The director and staff are all kind, optimistic, truly helpful to the kiddos and the parents. The meals are balanced. They offer before and after school bussing to my child’s elementary school The school makes learning fun The school is even ideally located."
"We have had a wonderful experience with Childtime of Temecula for our 4 year old son! We were able to enroll him in July 2023 after being at a sister school in another city for the year prior. The administration staff is excellent including Ms Abby, Ms Albee and Ms Antoinette. They truly care about my child and are very approachable and supportive. My son's teachers Ms Libby and Ms Lily are beyond caring, patient and engaging and truly go above and beyond to teach and nurture. I feel that my son is safe and well taken care of and is continuing to develop academicly and socially because of his teachers. I recommend this preschool and my son has had a great experience there so far."
"I love it so far. My son has opened up a lot and made lots of friends. They potty trained him and he feels confident being there. He will say he loves his school."
"I am grateful for such friendly staff service, makes my son feel comfortable and safe."
"The teachers are all super friendly and sweet with my son. He genuinely enjoys going to school. I'm always impressed when he does something new at home that he must have learned at school."
"The Childtime staff has been supportive and loving to my child. They have been very accommodating and kind to my husband and I as well. The activities are wonderful and the outdoor play is exactly what my child needs."
"It’s overpriced for what it is worth. The camera doesn’t work and I can never check in on my kids like they promised. Too many kids per classroom allows breeding of illnesses. The kindergartners should not be mixed in with other school age children. They should allow home lunches for kids that are healthy and not just prepackaged foods. I am disappointed and have never had so many issues with a childcare program."
"We love Ms. Yvette! She works so hard and is so kind and sincere with the kids."
"I love this school, the staff and environment. Just sometimes it feels like my concerns are brushed off and forgotten"
"I love the front staff (James and Abby) and the kids all know who they are and are excited to see them. This is not true at other schools we checked out. Ms Libby in the 4 yr old classroom is amazing. She talks with all the kids, asks them questions and even more important she listens to the kids. Additionally, she does a great job when a child is having a hard time emotionally on a given day. She will help the kids understand and better deal with challenging days. She is a treasure."
"The best place ever. I feel very satisfied when o drop my son there. It’s clean the staff and the teachers are awesome."
"Everyone who works there has been very friendly and my daughter likes her teachers. Other thoughts I have are to let the kids who can't sleep during Naptime read a book or color. A quiet activity might help the ones that don't take naps stay occupied. Also the safety of my child just in case there is an active shooter is a concern of mine. How safe are they?"
"In the mornings there is always shortage of staff. When i drop-off before 9:00am they ask me to put my child in another class because the ratio of teacher to student is max in my kid's classroom. I actually started dropping my kid later (after 9:00am) in the morning but same thing happens, there is not enough teachers after 9:00am. I cant understand why there is shortage when the school knows how may kids are enrolled at a given time. It is very annoying that I have to deal with this when I am paying my fair share of fees. + when they move kids to a new classroom they don't voluntarily switch cameras, I have to personally follow-up with them multiple times. It is getting annoying."
"My child has thrived since we brought her to child time. She was lagging in potty training, having difficulty with behavior. We felt she was behind in some learning as well. Now she only uses diapers overnight. Has shown interest in letters and numbers, behavior is still a challenge but has improved. We've noticed an increase in singing and dancing, imagination, and social skills."
