"When you take the tour it all sounds great. But when your child is not thriving and advancing in anyway it's frustrating."
"My family and I really appreciate and love Ms. Nichell!!! She is awesome and gives my kids the attention they need!! I love the front staff Ms.Carrie & Ms. Julie the school has took a turn around everyone seems so much happier!!! Keep up the good work Childtime!"
"I actually love Childtime. I know no school is perfect but this has been the best daycare for my son. We went through our ups and downs with teachers but things are improving. This school is helping my son grow as a person."
"The staff is very friendly and their relationship with eaxh child is very individualized."
"The providers are kind kind and sweet to my child."
"We have just started but loving it so far."
"I rarely receive evidence of what my children do -pictures, videos, artwork, etc. I would love to see more of that and love to see more activities/programs brought in for low/no cost or offered by the current staff (ie Spanish) I think most childcare teachers have a talent or speciality or area they can offer/teach to the children and I think they should be given the opportunity to do that."
"From the moment I was struggling with the car seat and my 3 year old to walk in with thru the double doors the receptionist saw and rushed to hold the door open for me I knew this place was different from others all the others I’ve been too, these things matter I needed help and they helped me from that moment on I knew this was a good place."
"I am overall generally dissatisfied with the care my son receives and beyond disappointed in the curriculum. My son knew how to write the alphabet, sing it, write his name and count to 100 prior to starting at Childtime. His learning is at a standstill. He never brings home anything that proves to me he has learned. No coloring pages, no art projects, no writings or reading materials. He’s not being educated or challenged. All the kids show up and play together, socialize, but they are not structured. They aren’t learning how to behave in a school. The communication from the staff is poor. He will not be here much longer."
"We loved ChildTime. We wanted to keep our children there, but after adoption, we couldn't afford the cost. Lisa is amazing in the infant room, and Sierra and Nichelle have been amazing in the 1 year + room. They all 3 have been instrumental to the development of our adopted child! Thank you!"
"Price is just too high for the quality. The school is so small -many other facilities have large playgrounds and fields and more activities for the kids. The caregivers lack consistency and communication amongst each other. My daughter is often in a diaper in the afternoon -but she is potty trained and I’ve provided changes of clothes in case of an accident. Better comms during caregiver shift change would go a long way."
"My overall experience has been good. I feel that my child is safe which is the number one priority for me. My child likes the food and the teachers. The location is great."
"Not the worst center ever, far from the best."
"It's ho hum. Nothing special."
"The teachers, and office staff are very caring, loving, and nurturing ladies. My daughter loves seeing them, and gives hugs to all! She never cries when I drop her off--which is a HUGE thing as a working mom. They share what she is doing, and give us stories about her day. The only thing missing is the daily activities report. I have not been super happy or enthusiastic about the current director, as she seems absent more than she is present due to helping at other schools, health, etc.--but the assistant director, other staff and teachers are AMAZING!"
