"Not a good experience. Child has been removed from program. Ratio for my child's group was about 1 to 10. While most of the other children were well adjusted to the setting, my child was shy and reserved and left to be that way. A good teacher would have put effort in easing the transition and we did not see that here at childtime."

"We’ve never had a bad experience at Child Time. The Director is outstanding and every teacher our child has are personable, caring, easy to talk to and always make my wife and I feel very secure that our kiddo is in good hands."

"Just because you are rated well in Vacaville and have a wait list doesn’t mean that my child (or any child) is unimportant or undeserving of your time and consideration. Issues that parents escalate should be taken seriously and Cari should at least pretend to care. We loved Ms Elaina, Ms Halle, and Ms Carrington but we did not love how certain staff doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t seem to care about the kids. I witnessed Heather call Madi the wrong name, bullying among girls in the preschool class, my daughter was hit by 2 boys and no incident reports were ever provided, and I watched Amelia scream for over 5 minutes - completely ignored by Alma and Jasmine. I escalated all of these concerns to Cari, nothing was done. It’s pathetic that the school replied to my yelp review saying that I could call them to talk about issues- I already had called, wrote an email, and took time off work to go in to discuss these issues. It was your turn to care & you chose not to."
