"As active duty military, we rarely see our families. Childtime has been family to my 3 year old. She has formed deep bonds with her teachers, is so smart, loves to learn. "Since switching it has been an adjustment but my son already has his favorites. I have heard/seen a thing or two that made me uncomfortable but it could be chopped up to being an over protective mother. I have tried to get a warmer response out of this schools director as well since we had such a pleasant experience with our last Childtime location but we are still working on that! Otherwise child times are definitely the way to go!"
"My initial tour of the school was very welcoming and warm . I truly enjoyed seeing the teachers interact with the students Also the brightwheel app was a great plus for my family and I . Having a military parent and coming from a in home daycare , I was very concerned . My concerns were eased immediately , even touring other daycares my mind was already made up . Communication is amazing , my sons Teachers are so sweet and I believe love him very much. They are very in tune with his needs as well ."
"Overall I feel my child is well taken care of but recently when I pick him up, his clothes are dirty (from food/spit up) and he has not been changed into clean ones. He has spare clothes available because I know he always spits up. He currently has a “substitute” taking care of him because his regular teacher is out. His regular teacher changes him when needed."

"The care has been ok but for the cost I would like my child to receive great care. My child is clean and being feed well but I would like to see the teachers enjoying their job more, cleaning the storage closet where we put our car seats in, clean the room walls, organize, and not allow the children to cry more than a couple minutes. My main issue is I want to feel the teachers enjoy and love all the kids in the room and in many occasions I dont feel that. Also I was told the classroom has cameras and ever since our first day, the cameras have been down."
"Fix your broken things in a timely manner. Phones, brightwheel, and door are always broken. Air conditioning was broken for about a month"
