Our only complaint has to do with the current hours of operation still being restricted “due to COVID-19” despite statewide mandate changes and increasing number of parents returning to normal in person working hours/environments and employers decreasing their willingness to work with employees due to childcare needs."

"same reaction as I gave in the other answerthey complain about what is going on with my little one but does nothing to solve the issue. Also they discuss your child issues and struggles in front of all the other parents waiting to pick up their children. They never pull you in a private area to discuss these things. They do not try to work with the child to help them understand what they are doing just complain about it in front of other parents. Never any positive feedback, just the negative. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and somewhat embarrassing to both me and my little one."
