"Overall, the center has been wonderful with caring for my child. The lead teacher is very attentive and actively engages in conversation and will address concerns in a professional manner. She welcomes any feedback and will ask if we are dong anything specific at home to help our child develop appropriately. That being said, I wish the assistant teacher was a bit more attentive, instead of doing childrens hair multiple times a day. The assistant also seems to only engage with a few of the children, instead of trying to actively engage with the entire group."
