"i think the assistant director chooses favorites when it comes to children based on if she likes there parents or not. the school age teacher is amazing. the teachers that are in and out of the 2-3 yr old rooms are young and immature in my opinion. My daughter consitantly doesnt even have her diaper on properly. they some how go through diapers way faster than they should like they are using them on other children. which i know they do because my child comes home atleast 3 days a week in a different diaper than what i proved. I think it is rude when i walk in and out of the school without being noticed, a simple hi and bye would be nice by the person sitting at the front desk. I would appreciate being told how my daughters day was everyday and not just when she is bad. I think there could be much more communication from everyone. Other than Miss Tina, she is amazing! she is the only person in that building that communicates with my about my child daily and goes above and beyond what should be expected. If there was another daycare in Whiteland i would 100% consider taking my child somewhere else. I beileve many kids would go somewhere else if there was another daycare in whiteland and i know this because i know lots of parents that have taken there kids out and they had to bring them back because no other daycare provides transportation to Whiteland school."
"They only care about business and their money. They do not listen when it comes to the health and wellness of all the children there. The director has her favorite employees and if you are not one of them, your time at work is MISERABLE"

"We love this school, however there have been a lot of director changes in just a year or two. It's a little worrisome to see that. Her teachers have changed frequently too for being in the same class for 8 months now. She seems to adapt well but again it's worrisome. This is still the best school (in our opinion) in our area. Lots of outdoor space and a perfect teacher to child ratio. She loves the food too."
"There are many kids in the older room. Someone is always yelling. My child complains and begs not to go because they are always yelling and kids aren’t listening or engaged in activities."
"I feel for the amount of money I am paying the facility could do much better. I think younger staff should be train a little on how to greet the parent and the child in the morning or at pick up time. The place could be a little more clean in the classroom. I have a big issue when I drop my kid to school and the person I handing it to smells like cigarettes! In this field I feel you should be allowed to smoke while at work the entire classroom sticks like cigarettes. Also a little more personal hygiene on staff would be great. I know some might have pets but I shouldn’t have to see that in your clothes in massive amounts they have rolls to get rid of that. Staff should be more nurturing with kids since they do spend more time with them then with us at home. With that been said I feel this daycare is not a 4 start has lots of improvements to make. Staff needs to be more friendly!"
"I think the school is doing OK. I think it's over priced and the registration fees speratically throughout the year are ridiculous. Most teachers are great and work with my son. there are a few teachers that I feel drag down the value of this place."

Overall, i enjoy the school but there is a lot of turnover that needs to be addressed. There is times i don't know if my kid is outside playing or if he has been moved to another room as there is never a note on the door to tell parents where the kids are located. So we spend the next 5-10 minutes interrupting classrooms to locate our kids."

"We love it! My daughter comes home every day talking about her teachers, her friends, and what she did during the day. We have also noticed her speech improve immensely and she's already learning to count and can say the whole alphabet. I love that they will take the time to do some of the things she loves like dance and listen to music."
