"Childtime was recommended to me by my daughter's pediatrician. The school has worked hard to keep the teachers and students safe from COVID-19. This was a major concern of mine before enrollment. My daughter's teacher is engaged and has a passion for teaching. This is evidenced by the desire of my child to come home and do some extra homework. To me this means my daughter has confidence in what she is learning."

"Overall, I just keep waiting for another incident report. I have over 10 incident reports for my child one of which no one could tell me what exactly occurred with my child. Otherwise, these incidents are very minor but I just worry because if someone is unable to tell me what happens to my child how will I know if something else happens to him and whether or not I will even be noticed if it just so happens to be more serious. As I sit here and write this in this survey I am contemplating getting my child out of this daycare because I don't feel as comfortable as I should. The only thing keeping me here is that I truly do not believe that anyone is intentionally hurting my child and that is important as well. I do believe the people who work there are good people and that should count for something."

"This was a good facility until recently when Jacqueline became director. She ignores behaviors of certain troubled children and lets the ones who are being bullied by other children suffer the consequences. She is unfair and unprofessional. She does a terrible job and I hope she does not stay in her position long."

"I have had an Okay experience with the school, I am a first time mom and this is my childs first daycare so im just learning the ropes. What concerns me the most is if they are enforcing policies for sick children. I think my child has been sick on way too many occasions. I feel the staff interacts good with the children, but it would help as a parent to has a daily report of what my child is learning everyday."
