"On March 12, 2011, I placed an order on their web site and paid through PayPal. They received the money that same day.
On April 2, having not received the merchandise, I emailed them (both their Sales email and "Gary") to inquire. I got no reply.
On April 25, I emailed them directly and via a formal complaint on PayPal at the same time. Again, no reply, either to me or to PayPal.
On May 11, I escalated the dispute to a claim on PayPal. PayPal repeatedly email them, and got no replies.
On May 22, PayPal was kind enough to issue me a refund."
