"This is absolutely the worst company that you can ever do business with. Not only do their products suck, but their customer service is horrible. It boggles my mind how anyone so incompetent can manage to stay in business. I ordered five (5) stainless steel 8-round M1911 .45ACP pistol magazines on August 2, 2011 and didn't receive them until September 19, 2011 (after calling to check on the status of my order). All five failed to function correctly in my pistol. They would fall out when the slide went into battery. When I called, the owner Lawrence, he said that it was a known issue and told me to return them. I mailed them off October 17, 2011 and I received a replacement order of five more magazines on November 12, 2011. These magazines were also defective with the EXACT same issue. Lawrence didn't believe me and went so far as to say "I'm not calling you a liar, but..." Keep in mind that this is a reliability-tuned Colt IPSC “Limited Class” race gun that works flawlessly with every other mag I have ever tried and that the malfunction type was unique to both batches of the C Products magazines. Finally after I sent him a video, he told me to send them back. I returned them on November 16, 2011. Since then, I have made numerous requests for either substitution items from the company's catalog of products or a refund and have received neither. Lawrence strung me along for two months with an offer of P226 mags that never materialized, and then asked if I wanted some of their AR mags instead. On February 2, 2012 I finally gave up and said that I would take a couple of USGI aluminum 30-round AR mags and be done with the whole deal. It’s now March 13, 2012 (four months and about 30 emails after I returned the second batch of crappy 1911 mags) I haven’t seen squat. These people really need to get their heads out of their a$$es."

"Ordered and was charged for 2-30 round 7.62x39 Mags on 9/16/08, haven't recieved anything yet. Most E-Mails go unanswered, those that do get absolutely nowhere. Phone calls aren't answered, voice mail not returned. Worst customer service ever encountered. Don't waste your time or money here unless you have plenty of both. Worst company ever! Charlie Thompson."

"Ordered 10 30 round mags on 12/12/2008. Emailed company on 01/10/2009 checking order, two days later received email stating takes 4-6 weeks for order to ship, they charged my credit card on 01/13/09, emailed customer service on 01/23/09 stating they had charged my card, but order still shows pending, no response. Received partial shipment on 01/26/09 they sent 5 mags in one small box, packing slip says 10 qty, 10
shipped and second sheet shows "add 5" handwritten. Emailed customer service same day
they responded with the following email

"Thank you for your recent phone inquiry to the C Products Customer Service. This is in response to your inquiry.

Our records indicate the order has been shipped, unfortunately at this time we are unable to obtain any additional tracking information for the complete delivery. We are researching the requested delivery information for the outstanding order mentioned. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will get back to you as soon as possible.

We take great care to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and are completely satisfied with their selections. We look forward to assisting you.

Ok first it was not a phone inquiry, but then I heard nothing else from this company, on
02/03/2009 I emailed customer service giving them till the end of the week 02/07/2009 to
respond or if I received my shipment. NOTHING, no response, no final shipment. I emailed them today 02/08/2009 advised customer service I will contact credit card company and start rating their store on the web.

"I ordered five 30 round magazine bodies from them on January 19th. About a week had passed so I emailed him to get a status he then emailed be back saying it would be another 3 weeks. Four weeks later still had nothing, emailed him again, didnt hear back. Emailed him once more and he responded saying it would be another 2-3 weeks. Well its now May 9th and still nothing. Almost 4 months now and no sign of any mags. This guy, Larry, has given me horrable customer service. He doesnt keep his customers notified on whats going on with their orders, regardless of how much time has gone by. He doesnt respond to emails quickly or at all and all of his replies are very short. I would never buy from this company again, which is unfortunate because they do have good products."
