Received email saying part was available for pick up after 2pm.
Arrived about 4pm, part was not available. Would have to come back the following day.
Arrived next day (Saturday) to wait in line well over 30 minutes because there was only 1 employee at the parts counter on a busy weekend day.
Multiple other employees walked through the area, nobody offered to help the long line of customers. "
