"The design phase of dealing with cabinets.com was fine. My designer made multiple changes to the design based on my wants and measurements. My cabinets arrived just ahead of the projected date. There was some damage to the cabinets which is what keeps me from giving a higher rating. The lazy susan carousel was loose inside the cabinet causing some scuffs. Not a big deal but something that shouldn't happen. Either assembly needs to be packed separately or some packing inside cabinet incase it comes loose as it did in my case. Secondly, there were some minor dings on the corners of the face frames. These will be hidden by molding so not a big deal either. Finally, one of the toe kick pieces on one base cabinet came off. The hardware holding it on failed and I had to reattach it.
On another note. I haven't heard from cabinets.com since shipment arrived. You might expect some reaching out to make sure I was satisfied considering the cost of these cabinets. "
