However, our experience with the White Shaker Sample left much to be desired. The sample arrived with noticeable flaws, including paint imperfections, separation in stiles and rails, rough edges, and a panel missing paint visible on the inside profile.

Given that we intended to showcase these cabinets to our clients as an option for their remodel, the quality concerns were disheartening. In contrast, the Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) samples from a competitor lacking the American- made quality are flawless, yet the RTA cabinets themselves are cheaply made.

Cabinets.Com samples have raised concerns about the overall quality and reliability of their products. If our clients were to see samples in such a state, it's reasonable to worry about potential issues with a full kitchen order. As a result, we may need to reconsider our supplier options to ensure the highest standards for our projects and clients."
