"My wife ordered cabinets for our last house. We are shocked at the condition in which they arrived. We paid to prep for glass and where the glass goes is so rough, you could not even fit glass in the space. Furthermore, they advertise they are KCMA certified. There are no KCMA stickers on my cabinets. I called KCMA and they advised me Cabinets.com is not certified thru them. Wow! We just want the company to pick up these cabinets so we can order from another company. This is causing us time , money and delay with our new house. "

We used the website to order the cabinets. Then we called to get help to ensure we ordered every correctly.
We reached Brandon a designer for Cabinets.com. He reviewed the order and asked questions to help him understand the design. In his review, he was able to identify where we ordered incorrectly and also where we needed to order additional pieces due to the European design.
Brandon also was willing to participate on a conference call with the contractor. They were both able to discuss a few details easily to ensure the order had everything correct.
We had a discount code on original order and Brandon was able to tell us of a different discount code which saved us $1600 more than the code we were using.

"Vanessa, our designer, did a great job! this is our second order with Cabinets.com and expect that this purchase will be amazing as the first! While verifying our order and correcting a few cabinet sizes, the sale code changed and then changed again. This was difficult to communicate to my customer as it was about an 8% swing. I wish that there was a way to go back in time and somehow lock in the discount while we completed our design and purchase. I was working with Samantha in Customer Service who was going to work out a solution for me but I never heard back."
