I called to make sure features are in - there I was told to approach them from PriceWatch to get a couple of extra bucks off (WOW, when did that happen the last time!).
Order was very easy and simple, pretty much standard nowadays.
ATX case arrived appropriately wrapped wihtin the time-frame posted. They even enclosed a CreditCard print-through, which I thought was neat.
I had a good experience and would shop there again - if they have what I need."

"I've ordered from cable mart several times before, each time ordering a monitor. I have had mostly bad experiences with them. One customer reported monitor problems right away and then nothing came of it. Another customer reported the monitor dying within 7 days. They hassled me about refunding my money but eventually did. On this order, the final straw, they refused to place an order with a different "ship to" address from the "bill to" address even though the address was listed with my credit card company. I placed 3 other orders the same day with other companies and it worked just fine, I spent time on the phone with my cred card company, and I called cable mart 3 times and never got a real person to talk to and they never returned my call. I will never do business with them again, and you shouldn't either."
