"Purchased two cases with power supply from CMI. Cases arrived missing parts, one had clearly been dropped before it was boxed and had a dent/paint missing from corner and the sides of the cases were just jammed on. In addition to the cables missing from both cases one was missing a power cord and the other a speaker. No paperwork with case either, I had to go to the manufacturers website to find missing spec sheets. I would expect $100 cases to come in better condition.

Took numerous calls to find out about the missing parts. Although the customer sales person was nice they refused to overnight the missing parts to me because it would cost a lot of money. I offered to pay for overnight and they price they came back with clearly was not at cost but had a hefty profit added on. Any other place I have ordered from would have overnighted at their cost to correct their mistake.

Never received a tracking number or email conformation and had to call numerous times to get it. Was also told someone would call with the tracking number for the missing parts, which they didn't. I had to call once again to get the info. The missing cables arrived but not the missing power cord or speaker.

I found this site via Pricewatch.com and although they offered the best price, all the trouble wasn't worth saving a few bucks. I would not recommend this company or order from them again."

This thing is very cheap and does not have an on/off button. I've never heard of a power supply that doesn't have an on/off button.
