"I called them today and explained that I needed about 12 inches of one of their high temperature products. They only sell it in 100ft lengths. He went on to lecture me on how they were a business. So much for wanting to help someone out. I would have gladly paid for a shorter piece but he was unwilling to even consider such a thing. How about suggesting someone who sold their products in shorter lengths? Nope didn't even ask me what I wanted. Proceeded to get all defensive and rude. I would not recommend these folks for anything."
"This company is disappointing
This company is disappointing. They sold me defective products. We work in a busy industry and having supplies is important. We need to have lots of different inventory on hand. So it was a bit of time before we realized the products were defective, possible damaging our clients’ finished goods.
I reached out to this company’s Customer Service. Amir, the rep, seemed helpful. I sent him photos of the defective products as requested. I never heard back for weeks.
I reached out again, this time Reshawn was more helpful. He must have been new or something because he actually wanted to help me. But right off the bat he basically said, “ yeah, we thought you defective products but it’s past your 30 days so we probably will do nothing.” He talked to his managers and sure enough: THEY DID NOTHING. They wouldn’t even offer me credit or anything. Such a scam! Don’t shop here."
"Ordered boxes April 1, 2021, company informed me that they were out of stock until April 22, 2021.
Never kept me updated. I called back April 22nd they stated that my order would not ship until May 5th.
Needless to say, I cancelled my order."
