I called the RMA request phone extention and was on hold for at least 15 minutes while being told someone would get to me soon and thanked me for my patience. Then at about 7pm CST, I received message telling me that I called outside of business hours and I could.leave a message. I did. As of 10am CST, no one called back so I called. The agent took the info, apologized and said that I would receive the correct product in 2 business days. This is Thursday so I won't get it until Monday. As a customer satisfaction response, I wished that they would have sent it to me Overnight Express. In over 10 years of doing business with cablewholesale.com, this is the first time I had an issue.
