"Ordered a power adapter, and received an email same day saying my product had been shipped. (January 15th) Over the period of a month, I called no less than twice a week, and only spoke to the "owner" once. Was assured I would receive a call back the next day, and never heard back. Finally (Feb 18th) I called him twice in a row, and in response he sent me an email saying I was issued a refund for the product, but offered no explanation as to why the product was never shipped to begin with. Very poor service, very disappointed. "

And when we called to find out why we never received the order, they told us that there was a problem in the warehouse and that it would be shipped in a week. Then when it still didn't show up, we called again and they told us they no longer carried the AC adapter. The whole process of finding out they didn't carry what we ordered took a month. 2 thumbs down"
