"On 10/20/13 I purchased 100 ft of 8 Conductor, Flat Modular cable (item 417100-08). It is flat telco cable, 8 conductor. They sent me Cat5e Ethernet cable. I have no use for it, and it seems they didn't have any in stock so they sent the cat5e twisted pair cable to me anyway! I advised it is useless and I ordered a spool of 1000ft overnight to get it in time for $70, and $64 shipping of the spool, all because Cables4sure.com decided to make the sale anyway and send whatever they desired. I didn't even get a refund and have tossed the cable out. Too bad."

I saw one or two negative reviews of this company and just wanted to provide some positive feedback because they have never given me any reason to be the least bit dissatisfied with their products or service. "Ordered an HDMI cable and a USB 2.0 A-M to B-M cable and when I received the package is was smashed pretty good due to the very poor quality packing box used and lack of packing material. Also the products were very poor quality in appearance and not represented well by their website. I called to get an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the items. I WAS NEVER TOLD that they charge a twenty percent restocking fee, which is a joke, and was not told that the so-called free shipping would be subtracted from my order price. Even then the amount refunded was short of the eighty percent minus the shipping.

This company has very poor quality products, poor pricing to product value, poor customer service, and an even poorer return policy that cheats the customer out of their hard earned dollars. I would never use this company again or ever refer them to anyone looking for quality cables at affordable prices.

Soon after I ordered network cable, I received email from UPS. I checked UPS site after a couple of days and the site said; “Billing Information received”. Whereas their site said “ order shipped”. So, I email them but there is no response! Awful customer service! I will never buy from them again! "
