"Company has zero integrity and anti-customer. They make mistakes and want you to pay. They have foreign workers making cables on the spot pretending they're mass produced. It's just a cluster. Overpriced on everything and obnoxiously rude, unprofessional, clueless about products and money grubbing. "
"I ordered some y-connectors from them and they didn't work. Seeing the reviews, I was smart to file a dispute in my credit card against them. I've returned them with their RMA number, but I had to PAY shipping to return them... Not a good business. I still never got a refund for the defective cables I returned and that they RECEIVED. They were DELIVERED Saturday, July 7. Still never got refunded by them. Stay away. "
"I placed two orders for 2.5" IDE extension cables (male & female connectors). The first extension cable was not a "true" extension. I didn't know there were two types. Next, I ordered the "true" extension. My PC did not "see" the hard drive connected via "true" extension. Without extension, AOK. Then I found out that the female connector was defective on both extensions. I described the defect in an email to the seller and returned both extensions for a refund. I only received a refund for the product, NOT the shipping cost, a total of $14.99 (not counting what I paid to return them). "

I specifically purchased MANHATTAN USB SHARING SWITCHES because those are the only ones that work with our application. Seller advertised as having them in stock. (I also know a person who recently purchased the REAL Manhattan switch from them) But when i received my order, all 5 switches CablesOnline sent were NOT the Manhattan switches that i had ordered. If they did NOT have the Manhattan switches they should have let me know, I would have cancelled the order. At this point in time I have reported this to them by email and disputed the transaction with Paypal. I'm waiting to see how they resolve this. I bought 5 Manhattan USB sharing switches - total order amount $161.94 including SH (see links above)."
"I placed an order for an adapter to connect my monitor to my new graphics card. My order was shipped the next day and arrived quickly, but all I received was an empty box. Well, not totally empty. There was an invoice, bubble padding and the empty product package with a slit in the bottom. The box my order was shipped in did not appear to be tampered with, so I can only assume it left the seller like that. How careless was the person preparing the order to put an empty bag in the box? The bag was clear and only about 3" x 4", so it's hard to miss the fact that it's flat and empty. I've applied for a refund and have to ship the empty box back. What a waste of time and money."
"I ordered, they shipped, I received."
"Ordered a Video Secu Video Console to VGA Converter RCA to VGA. Item: In great shape, Packaging: In great shape, Shipping: Fast for USPS Priority. Works: Well. Would buy from them again. NOTE: THEY DO SHIP TO MILITARY OVERSEAS APO AP BOXES! "
"I placed the order through Amazon.com.
The items never arrived. They sayed there was an address error.
(I always buy online, and never had trouble with the shipping)
I provided a new address, and they made me pay extra to re-ship.
The items never arrived and my e-mails were not answered anymore.
I never received a refund."
"Outstanding customer service. They went the extra mile and got my cable adapters shipped via USPS instead of UPS, saving me an additional $6.00 in postage. I received exactly what I had ordered in 3 days.
I'll be buying from them again in the future."
"Purchased a network tester, crimper/stripper/cutter tool, and a couple of other things for my home network. Prices are good, shipping was fast."
"They had exactly what I needed at a very low price, when just about no one else did. Shipped very quickly and seems to be working just as expected."
"Beware when buying from this seller. The website is very unclear, and gives misleading information about the product.
Always call to make sure what you are buying.
Shipping is okay. Takes a week to package, and another to get here."
"Ordered on 5/18/03 (Sunday), email notification from ATLANTIC COMPUTERTECH on 5/19, delivery on 5/20. Everything was OK.
Any, if you find a good deal on their website, I can recommend them."
"I have not problem with both their prices or their website. Both were easy to use, but when you try to deal with their customer service that is where the problem start.
In one word they don't listen. It started one day when all I wanted to do is track using USP because my package didn't appear on my door step. I called and asked that they put a track on the package, nother else. I wasn't mad at them as it most likely just a screw up on UPS's part.
The next day they leave a message on my ansering machine that they have just sent another package. I didn't even authorize them to send the second package, I could have waited a few days for the package to show up. A few days later I get two packages on my door step. UPS mailed the package to the wrong address and some kind-hearted person placed it on my doorstep.
I tried to call them but their hours must not be convient for a working professional. I couldn't even leave a message as they have not automated anwsering service.
A day or two later, the worst thing that they did is lie to me that I told UPS said I recieved the first package so that was enough to double charge my account. Throughout the whole deal they treated me like I was a worthless thief. I hope that this message is enough for people to shy away from ever using this company.
So, now I have to go and fight for my money back. Even though I sent the package back, I'm not planning on getting the money back from them."
