"CAFE CUP SITE IS A SCAM!!!! Very disappointed with CafeCup site. When going through check out I Paid more than they advertise. Then, there is no way to cancel your order. I ordered on Saturday, couldn't call because they are closed until Monday. Called Monday morning to cancel and wouldn't you know? TOO late to cancel. Order already on the truck. Even though they say 2 - 3 weeks for delivery! This is an out and out lie! I don't believe it I think it's just their way to have people keep the orders. DON'T BUY FROM THEIR SITE THEY CHARGE YOU MORE... PLUS SHIPPING. You can do better in your drug store. At least they don't lie to you."

"Saw this advertised on tv and decided to purchase. Beware the website! When you enter the url, it automatically flips to a secure website because you enter your card information on the front page. This is important because there is no bill verification page and you don't know how much you are charging. In addition, entering quantities is very confusing, so I unknowingly entered the same thing 4 times so when I pressed PAY the bill went from the expected bill of about $30 to $151. I had to call the limited service hours on Monday, was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes before they removed it from my bill. I no longer wanted the product and in fact canceled the credit card because of concern over company practices. Though I was able to cancel the order, I am concerned about the veracity of the sellers, the terribly designed website and the poor customer support."
