"I go to extra trouble every time I order from you. Often my password is rejected and I have to reset it again and again--always with a password I have never used in the past. Then, when I try to login with my new password, I get several error messages and need to try over and over before being able to access my account. Because of this, you have lost several orders from me over the years because I often just give up. Yours is one of the worst online websites I have used for shopping, and I do quite a bit of online shopping. If I did not care so much about some of the calendars, especially when they are on sale, I would have given up on you long ago."

"This is a good site with a huge selection, but their shipping is subpar. Live in a high theft area, so have to watch for packages. Shipped on the 28th, and according to tracking would be delivered on January 3rd before 9pm. But nope..the new date was the 4th before 9pm, then the 5th, the 6th, the 7th, the 8th and now the 9th. UPS doesn’t update their delivery time until 7 pm. Have watched out for this package all of these days. Am in Ohio, and according to the details, this calendar has been in Ohio since December 30th! The US Post Office would be far faster and better. Get another carrier!"
