Delivery Failure

"The shipper you used, Amazon Shipping, returned the products and claimed they were undeliverable. Calenedars.com never told me this happened and had no explanation. I had to track the shipment down and contact Calendars.com. They reordered and reshipped, but one of the products was no longer available. A credit was provided, but no discount was offered as an apology. At least UPS shipped the new order.

Sent wrong calendar having to reorder

"Imagine our surprise when my mom opened a Seattle Seahawks calendar instead of her collectible cow calendar. I hadn’t opened it because I wanted it to be easy to wrap. Since I ordered early I was outside the 30 day window to return and being Christmas there’s no help desk. Please send the right calendar this time. PS Duane is missing his Seattle Seahawks calendar, we know because his packing slip was included."
