"First, you cannot order as a "Guest" - you must either use an existing account, or establish a new account. I'm not happy needing to keep track of ANOTHER account with a retailer. But, having used them previously, I did have an account. EXCEPT, they didn't recognize it. So I tried establishing a new account on my email, but - surprise - there is already an account for that email (mine!). So I had to reset my password (to the same one I had tried previously) before they would recognize me and allow me to check-out. Almost more trouble than it is worth."
