"Do not ever buy from this company. I ordered a few pounds of coffee online. I quickly received an invoice, but it is now 3 weeks later and I have still not received my order. I have emailed them twice asking when I can expect my order, but I never received a response. I just sent an email canceling the order. My CC has not yet been charged and I will continue to monitor it in case they do charge it."

"What a total nightmare to do business with. My first order went like this. I ordered 3 pounds of coffee. They advertise that orders are sent out within 24-48 hours. This is supposedly fresh roasted coffee and those of us who like fresh roasted coffee certainly would find it appealing to order coffee, have it fresh roasted and then sent ( within 24-48 hours ). Well a week later I still hadn't received the email stating that my order had even been shipped. I sent them a "What's the status of my order" email. They did not reply at all to my request for a status of my order. Finally I think I got it a week after that. That 24-48 hours turned into about 2 weeks. Now it gets better. They did not send the coffee that I had ordered. They sent different, but "similar" coffee. I called their office to see about returning it and getting what I ordered. Spoke to the secretary who said she would tell the appropriate person. No reply from them.....called again.....no reply from them. Two more times. They just didn't want to take care of the issue. So I did a foolish thing. I said, gee someone there just screwed up and I let it roll off my back and went ahead and placed another order.. Placed an order for 4 pounds. They billed my credit card in a very efficient manner but would not send any coffee. I called several times and sent no less than 4 emails asking about my coffee. They would not reply. Finally I sent an email canceling the order and asking them to credit my charge card for the amount they were so efficient in placing onto my card. Of course no reply. At this point I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Apparently the credit card co. contacted California Coffee Roasters. Wouldn't you know a week later, (a week from the time my credit card contacted them), I get an email that my coffee is being sent. This was after many unanswered emails and phone calls. Well I refused delivery as I had previously "canceled" the order 11 days after I placed the order because I was unable to make contact with them. Sixteen days later is when they said my order was to be shipped. I would not have canceled if someone would have at least gotten back to me, with some sort of a response, from my emails and calls, but they totally refused to get back to me to let me know ANYTHING about my order. My Advise .......Find a someone else to buy coffee from."
