"I have been a loyal customer since 2007, but lately the service is beyone horrible. The representative are rude, dismissive and have no customer service training. For an entire week everytime I tried to call the UK I got a message that all circuits are busy and the male person answering the phone kept lying and saying that in 3 hours it willbe fixed, next time I called he said in 6 hours it will be fixed this went on for an entire week, Each time I called to ask about the account they charged me a fee. I have now opened an account with another company, I am done with Calling Card Plus.

"Phone card did not work! Sounded like I was talking to someone in a closet with an echo after every word. I called for help in getting the card to work and I could barely understand what the person was saying because of the echo. I dialed and did everything that he told me to do and it still did not work! He said I was just refusing to dial the o11 before the number, but I did multiple times. He ended up hanging up on me after I asked for a refund!! Not good business, people!!! Rip off!"
