"In general my experience has been fine. Couple of problems....phone voice quality is not always that good (may not be a problem at your end. Also, if I don't put in the number I want to reach fast enough then the call is terminated.

"The support team was good and tried to fix my connection problem. The person I was
calling was able to hear me but I wasn't able to hear her. Having a conversation was impossible. I had maybe called between 6 and 8 times and only once was the connection good. I love using the speed dial wish I could hear the other person I was talking to."
