"The website was good, reasonable prices, and my merchandise arrived as promised and undamaged. My only issue is with there customer service/sales dept. I tried calling and could never reach someone (even during ” business hours”). When I left a message, I did not get a return call, and after 48 hours, paced my order. Then, when I had a question after my order was placed, I sent an email. Still I received no response. In the end everything worked out just fine, but I could not help but to think, what if it didn't? "After jumping through all the hoops to get it shipped to an alternate location the items I ordered that showed in stock were all of a sudden out of stock and even on there website siadd they were in stock still did not ship order and never told me about backorder so now Im 3 days without notification and had to email to find out what was going on and just canceled order. "I ordered high capacity mags and some other miscellaneous items on 10/28/11 and was sent a request to send my law enforcement credentials with the letter they provided. I did so the following week and have since called and emailed no less than 8 times with nothing but automated responses. I have always left all my contact information. There website says they will get back with in 24 hours of email. Have not seen that to be true at all because I have not gotten a response yet. All I want is to verify they received my letter and check the status of my order. So far a horrible experience and if no response by end of tomorrow i will be cancelling my order through my credit card. I hope that I do not have to because they have the best prices that you can find.
I have since sent three LE credentials through the mail and none of them have arrived which i find hard to believe. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time or energy. Good prices though but not worth the headache. "

"HORRIBLE customer service. I complied with all the required paperwork and information to ship my item to another location and after a week now the item still hasn't shipped (says on the site that it should ship at most within 48 hours and 10 are in stock). I have called and emailed and have had no answer with multiple emails and calls. This company has great prices, but if they won't respond to emails, won't respond to phone calls, or ship the item, it's not worth buying from them.

Update:
I received a response to all my emails today after informing them of this review and they cancelled my order. I find it hard to admit that they never received my paperwork when I received an email back stating that it was sent to their email system and they would respond in 24 hours."

"All i can say is WOW!!! i ordered my items on a thursday morning around 7:30am and was thinking i would recieve them by at least wednesday of the next week.I was highly mistaken. "After I post this review, someone from Cal's will issue a rebuttal. This will be THE ONLY time they will have responded to anything I've said in a call or email. They offer the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I bought a scope, bases and rings on the basis of the scope being ~$15 cheaper than the next lowest price I could find online.

All pieces were listed as in stock. The scope shipped 11 days after the order was placed, which is unreasonable without explanation, but the worst part isn't the slow service, it's the complete and total lack of customer service.

After a few days of no contact post order, I emailed twice and called once (leaving my contact information). I was never contacted, and never given a reason why it took 11 days to process my order. I'll receive my order in full on the 24th, two and half weeks after order of "in stock" products. Would not deal with them again."
