"The Toolbox was double packed with foam between boxed. Installation hardware, keys, and instructions were inside the box. Took about 45 min to get it unwrapped and installed with help of a friend. You will need a 7/16 or 3/8 socket and utility knife to unwrap and install. Locking mechanism that allows for an easy close is great. Product looks good and operates good. Only one minor spot where the black matte was not covering the aluminum. Otherwise, no complaints. I got the 6" standard lid, with rails, because I wanted the handles on the side. Really nice box. Wish the tray was aluminum (it was plastic, booo). Otherwise, great toolbox at a great price. Bought it straight from Camlocker's website.

"All in all, pretty good experience. Wish I had the option to drive to them (since I’m in Florida) and pick it up, save 195$ on shipping, and would give me a reason to get out for a while. Also wish there was some type of time frame of shipping. Ships out with in 2 business days is fine but can I get a “shipping usually takes 3-10 business days depending on location” just to make me feel better. I know I’m being needy but my wife won’t listen to me complain, y’all at got a choice "

"The shipping and handling charge didn’t cover the freight by the delivery company so I had to drive to pick it up myself. The box itself is well built and easy to install, like most toolboxes. They key was only able to lock my tool box. Both provided keys stopped working and now I am waiting for new keys and a new lock that I will have to rivet in place after having drilled out the existing one. Yes I tried a dry lube and I tried WD-40. Yes I tried jiggling it. Yes these are the correct keys that came with the box. I’m sure this is one of those one in a thousand issues and their customer service has been very helpful and easy to work with on this issue. "
