Stock is updated on a day to day basis, so it may be 'in stock' when you add to cart, but then become out of stock when they update it the next day, but as soon as it's in stock they will ship it right away with no need to place an order again (unless you cancel it of course)

Their Price Smash (price matching) is my only complaint in that, they don't always provide manufacturer item numbers so it is difficult to match prices and see if it gets accepted or declined. Also, I could only figure out how to do one price match per order, but it wasn't a big deal because they have good prices on nearly everything by and large.

They don't always have the best communication over email, I believe they are very busy because they're often short. However, over the phone, they are very courteous and will explain nearly any question you have.

Be polite to them and they'll be polite to you. That is common courtesy I think.
