"On 11-11-08 I ordered a small radio #705. Rec'd confirmation and order number via e-mail shortly after placing order. Later that same day also rec'd e-mail that radio was shipped. Rec'd radio on 11-13-08. Great service! Although this is a very basic radio it's great for my use. It was a refurbed radio, but no marks and radio works great!
Would definitely purchase from them again!"
"After placing order I received confirmation and that the order would be shipped in 1-3 days. I waited 15 days for delivery then sent an email inquiry. More than forty eight hours later I received a reply that said the item was out of stock. Thats a total of 18 days since I placed the order. Item was listed in stock on web site. If item was not in stock I should have been notified when the order was placed. I think it's very poor service and a total disregard for the customer not to have sent notification."
"How can I give a review on something I did not get. I placed an order with this company on dec. 31, 2007. I did not get anything but an automated mail saying they got my order. Well after 5 days I looked at my order on their web site saying it is being processed.I then e-mail them and they got back with me saying they were doing inventory and my speakers would be shipped by the first of the week.Well the first of the week is here and gone, so I e-mailed again and another person said because of the holidays they were behind and it would be shipped this week.Just looked tonight,1-08-2008 and guess what, still processing.I guess I should have come here first.I am sure they will tell me soon that the item is out of stock or something like that.If they take this long to get my order out, how long is shipping going to take?"
"Overall I am pretty satisfied. I e-mailed them on 10/4 about whether or not they actually had the Creative Zen V Plus in stock since no one else in the US carried it yet. Within an hour I got a reply saying that yes, they really do have it in stock.
I took their word for it and placed my order on their website that night. This part they need to work on, because I received no order confirmation or order number upon checkout.
I called the next afternoon to ask about my order. I got a human on the line very quick, and he was very polite and updated me on my status. Much to my surprise, my order was already packed up and ready to go! He gave me my tracking number and said it would be trackable later that night.
Sure enough, they shipped it out that day. I also received an automated email with my order and tracking number.
Although I really don't understand why I didn't even get so much as an order number or email confirmation until it was shipped, at least they processed and shipped everything quick. I got my MP3 player just two days after that using their free shipping."

"Placed my order on 11/23, got the confirmation, then a week later, they cancel my order saying they don't have the items in stock. Why do they advertise and allow Customers to place the orders? I think they are just a lousy Company with "no" Customer Service."
"Ordered the Muvo TX FM MP3 player on Thanksgiving day sale and after days of waiting on order processing finally received cancellation email saying the product was out of stock. Only thing is people that had ordered WAY AFTER I did actually received theirs. Differnce being my order was over $75 and would have been shipped for free while those got item had ordered only single item.
Cambridge Soundworks chose to fill orders that were single items under $75 to capatialize on shipping charges. In other words, instead of filling orders on a first come first serve basis, they deliberately chose to fill only those orders that were under $75 which would be charged shipping. By doing this, this company has put its profits ahead of its customers and this is an unfair business practice.
This happens to be the first time I have ordered from this company and I regret to say this will be my last. I can only hope other companies will treat their customers fairly and honestly."
"Placed 2 orders on 12/24/05. Eight days later I receive a cancellation email stating item was on clearance is out of stock and they will not fulfill my order. Their website did not have any "clearance" or "while supplies" last stipulations. In fact when I ordered they showed my first order as in stock and my second as being backordered. I was counting on these orders for Christmas presents for friends and family. From checking online forums I've seen orders be fulfilled that were placed after mine. Mine and others orders over $75 qualified for free shipping. Company seems to be picking smaller orders that do noy qualify for free shipping to fill, even when these orders were place later than mine. Buyer beware,very fishy."
"Refused to honor or substitute equivalent item for a Mp3 player that went out of stock despite shipping orders placed later than mine. Their customer services representatives repeatedly assured me that my order would be filled or remain active until the item came back in stock at the orignial sale price. They also told me that my order wouldn't be cancelled against my will but then they cancelled it anyway. Defiantely unacceptable customer service!"
"This is a great company. I placed an order for an MP3 player at about 6 AM on a Tuesday and it was shipped for free via UPS ground the next night. It arrived two days later in the afternoon. The only compaint I have, and it isn't much of one, is that you can't return MP3 players unless they are defective. The reason that kind of stinks is because a few days later they finally got in a version of that MP3 player with more storage capactiy that had been backordered. It's not that big of a deal because I got the one I originally wanted. If I ever need something again and they have it in stock, I'll most likely order it from them."
