The unique detail about ordering from CameraKings is that after you order you will receive a follow-up call "confirming" your order - which is actually an opportunity to upsell your order. I'm not opposed to this. I got a respectable deal. However my shipping time is based on AFTER that phone call takes place - In my case it added 2 days - which is bad for my timing. "Bought a Canon HF M31 and was skeptical to make a large purchase, especially electronics, over the internet because the price was so discounted from other walk-in stores. But Camera Kings provided great service and I got what I was promised from their web site in 1 week. They did call me to verify my information before it shipped and to try to sell me a SD card, which I declined. I was ok with them trying to upsell due to the price I was getting the camera for, almost half what Best Buy was. The guy wasn't pushy and accepted my answer after the first "no". I would advise for anyone to call immediately for the expedited shipping, since they have to talk to you anyway before it ships. Only complaint was the free case is too small to fit the camcorder and all the accessories.

"They called to confirm my order (and asked if I wanted to buy any accessories). Since I already had plenty of batteries and memory cards, I said that all I needed was the camera itself and they were fine with that but politely offered a 3 yr warranty at a reduced (less than the web site) price which I accepted. The next day (Thursday), they called to say that the camera was on back order because their shipment was held up in customs and gave me the opportunity to cancel the order. I wasn't in a hurry to get it, so I just asked when they expected it to ship. They said Monday or Tuesday at the latest and I said, OK. The next day, I got an email with a tracking number for the shipment of the camera. It was scheduled to arrive the next Friday, but UPS was faster than expected and I got it Thursday, 9 days after ordering. The external box held up to shipping just fine and the camera package inside was pristine. It had everything I expected including the original battery, a US warranty card and a few other accessories (case, mini tripod, etc.) that I didn't need. I guess I can give them away. The camera has worked very well and I am completely satisfied with my purchase, which, even with the extended warranty was much less $ than the bigger internet stores. Camera Kings gets a thumbs-up from me!"
