THEY SAY ON THE SITE TO CALL FOR AVAILABILITY WHICH I DID BUT OF COURSE THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK FOR AN UNDETERMINED TIME. IT HAS BEEN TODAY MORE THAN A MONTH THAT I ORDERED THIS ITEM AND I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE PATIENT BUT I GUESS NOT.
I READ SOME OTHER RATINGS AND FIND MYSELF YET TO BE SUCKED IN THE SAME SCAM. THOSE PEOPLE OFFER VERY LOW RATES BECAUSE THEY EXPECT YOU TO BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THEM. IF YOU DONT THAN YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME (THATS IFFFF YOU EVER GET IT). CHECK THE SITE YOU WILL SEE CALL FOR AVAILABILTY AND NOT OUT OF STOCK..DO YOU GET IT NOW???
I JUST BOUGHT THE CAMERA TODAY FROM BUYDIG.COM AND PAYED AN EXTRA $15 BUT GUESS WHAT I IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY AND AT LEAST YOU WILL GET IT ON TIME WITH NO HASSEL..."

"The order was never confirmed because the item was out of stock. Twelve days later a "package deal" was shipped, costing an additional $133.69. I was told by Customer Service representatives to return the UNAUTHORIZED shipment and I would receive a FULL REFUND. I have received a partial refund for the UNAUTHORIZED shipment. I highly caution anyone to look elsewhere to purchse your merchandise. This company operates on fraud and has a BAD RECORD with the Better Business Bureau!"
"I placed an order on dec. 1, 2003. I waited until Dec. 21, 2003 but had yet to receive my camera (a canon a80). I had heard about the scam of this company, so called them as if I were to order a new camera. They said it was available and ready to ship at the same price as stated on the internet. I talked with Peter. They also said it would be best to order through the internet. But instead I called up customer care to inquire about my previous order. They told me that the same camera was unavailable and was on backorder. Infuriated, I demanded to speak to Peter again, whose answer was he meant they were "available to be ordered," But that he could sell me a package including a camera for $500. I cancelled my order right away. I had waited too long for my camera and they were only stringing me along. Within 15 minutes I ordered from buy.com for an extra $30, but at least I will be receiving my camera. Watch out for this company!!!!"

"The original transaction processed smoothly. However, the ring adapter for the camera did not fit. A call was made, I was assured the correct adapter would be mailed. (According to Olympus, the correct adapter was NOT yet available.) The replacement adapter sent was identical to the first, incorrect adapter. Now I have to make yet another call. The wait time to speak with Customer Service is painfully long. However, I am very pleased with my new camera, and the company's willingness to refund the difference when the price of the camera dropped within a reasonable time of purchase. Thank you. Kathleen A. "I was told that my order was scheduled for delivery on Dec 9th. When the package came it was only the flashdisk, no camera. After much digging on the website I found out that the camera was on back order, and I could expect delivery in 4-6 weeks (which is not in time for Christmas). I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS UNTIL I STARTED LOOKING. I have tried to call but the phone rings about 10 times and then diconnects. Although the price was low, if I don't have it for Christmas it's not worth the savings!
