"There were no instructions for a rather complex operation of attaching the cradle, until I wrote customer service. Then I received a sarcastic comment from their customer service representative, chastising me for the negative feedback. Apparently there have been issues with the installation, so I was sent a YouTube. Perhaps that could have been done politely rather than with condescending sarcasm and reprimands for negative feedback. If you have to send a YouTube video because of numerous complaints from customers, why not just demonstrate real customer service, be polite and helpful and lose the tone of a chastising child when corresponding with the people who pay your salary by being a customer. I would love a reply from your supervisor to find out if you are a rogue representative, or if this is typical of the sarcasm that accompanies your replies to customers. By the way, Yes. Both were sent minutes apart. The complaint came from a link that you sent me asking for feedback (only positive allowed, evidently), which I quickly gave, which, in turn, reminded me that I needed to contact you to ask about a solution to a problem. Perceived or real. I. Am. The. Customer. But not yours any longer. I can always buy elsewhere. My last purchase elsewhere was for $2800 in camera equipment. ANY time I have had a problem with another vendor, they address me politely and respectfully."

"When the camera came it was as in the picture. I charged the battery and took some pictures. I have another Nikon s3500 which I got new. This unit works just as well as my new camera. The price was right, it is a great deal. It would have been nice if it came with a spare battery. instead of the card reader. But it still is a good deal."
