"The order was never shipped. I don't know why. I chose three day shipping because I was leaving the states but the camera lens didn't come after 8 days, and still no word!

Even worse, I ordered the camera lens b/c they didn't honor their warranty a previous purchase I made. I live abroad, camera says they extend Olympus's warranty to one year... But Olympus provides international support-something cameta was very unhelpful about, telling me to just ship my camera back top the us for them to look at, and they'd send it back to me, maybe fixed. I lived in vietnam, this probably would have taken half a year and hundreds of USD to send!"
