" Actually, this was a replacement order. At first, I had ordered a different camera from the same seller but through Amazon. I wanted to return the first order, and I called Cameta Camera. Cameta Camera told me that it was sold on Amazon as a "prime sale" and that Amazon should handle the return, but Amazon gave me a hard time about returning. They said the issue was being referred back to Cameta Camera. I waited one week and still didn't get the pre-authorization for the return. So, I called Amazon again and said that I will pay the return shipping myself. Then, Amazon contacted Cameta Camera to get the authorization for the return. Then, I shipped the original order back to Cameta Cameral and got my refund. I finally realized that it's better to order expensive items directly from the seller than though Amazon. So, I ordered my replacement directly on the Cameta Camera web site. My order arrived sooner than originally scheduled and it was packed very well as same as first order. "

Although appreciated, Cameta policy requiring purchaser's bank institution to verify delivery addresses that differ from billing address is unreasonable. Despite my confirmed (written) notification to my "international" bank institution, Cameta was unable to obtain verification from bank representative & subsequently Cameta cancelled my order. Much wasted time by all parties.

"Instead of helping me get a package which was going to to to a wrong address, cameta camera's made things worse by having the package sent back to the warehouse and not re-directed to my home. The package could have been picked up also. Now I have to pay a $10 return fee, had to re-order the package and hope that this time it will have the correct address on it. They said they could only re-deliver to the address on paypal as that is how I ordered it. Paypal has my correct address on it. I can only hope I get this camera in the next few days and have no more problems with it as I had to pay again for another camera, and will have to wait for my money to be returned to paypal on the first order."
