"Ordering started out a little difficult. I was trying to use an American Express gift card that I had been given for my retirement. The manager refused to work with me regarding use of this card. Rosanna in Order Processing/Customer Service was extremely helpful with my order but I still was unable to use the AMEX gift card even though I had properly registered it and the terms of the card were that I could use on-line over the internet. I have had no problems at all with other internet orders. This company must deal with a lot of fraud issues with credit cards etc. Due to the time I had spent regarding which package I wanted, I went ahead of use my AMEX Gold Credit card for the purchase.
