"I had to refuse the first order because a manufacturer rebate for $50 off became available. I would rather have had them return the item and resell it to me at the lower price without having to send the first one back and wait for a second shipment. It's wasteful of postage and gas for the trucks. I talked to Sara (sp?) and she was very nice, but it's a frustrating policy, and I'm still not clear if I'm going to be charged a shipping fee for the refusal. My second order is due to arrive tomorrow (8/3) and I expect my first order to be credited back to my card by Tuesday. I will update on my survey for the second order."
"Bought a Sony a6000 camera bundle after returning one from another online camera store because the cameras sensor was defective. The camera from Cameta looked brand new, has worked beautifully. All of the rest of the bundle was new and basically free sfter pricing the camera and the extra 50-200 mm zoom lens from other sites. Shipped quickly. Cameta seemed to have a better extended warranty for sale than some of the other sites. Very satisfied"
