I ordered a Panasonic fz1000 from this site on 04/24. This was a Thursday. They did not process the order till monday 04/28 when my credit card company made me verify the transaction (there was a weekend in between so technically not their ffault). I did not receive the camera till 05/01. Called them on 05/28 because I had an issue with the focus system of the camera. Was told to contact Panasonic although technically my order had not been processed till 04/28 and I was still within 30 days to get a replacement from them.
Docking 2 stars because of somewhat weird buying process and return policy, maybe a one-off experience but the product arrived exactly as promised and they also sent me a lanyard that doesnt come with in the box for free.
I guess I will contact Panasonic to get my issue resolved."
