"There was a problem with the credit card process. Cameta Camera (CC) was saying it was denied, while my bank was showing it approved. It took several days and a 3 way call with CC, my bank and myself to get the issue resolved. The only reason I didn't select 5 stars was not due to the issue, it was because of the way the representative at CC treated the girl at my bank. In all my conversations with CC they were very friendly, but when speaking to the girl at the bank, there was one girl from CC that was VERY rude, just short of yelling at the girl at the bank. I understand it was a frustrating situation on all ends, but there was no reason to be nasty. My bank was not trying to place blame anywhere, just get the issue resolved. The issue was finally resolved and I received all my equipment very quickly. I'm extremely happy with the products I received."
